Senior lEADERS RETREAT 2025

26-27 JUNE 2025

MILTON HILL HOUSE, OXFORD

Over the last four years we have hosted several retreats for women in senior church leadership. These have been precious times of connecting with other women and meeting with Jesus in a space where we can celebrate the joys, and recognise the challenges, of our roles.

If you are a Senior Church Leader we would love you to join us in 2025. Our desire is to make this 24 hours as worthwhile as possible, knowing the demands of leadership that there are on all of us. There’ll be lots of space for worship and prayer plus input that we hope will strengthen, inspire and equip you in your leadership.

We are hosting the retreat at Milton Hill House, a hotel in Oxfordshire on Thursday 26th- Friday 27th June 2025. Included in our retreat is;

  • En-suite Accommodation (option for twin or single rooms)

  • Pastries and Coffee on arrival

  • Lunch

  • 3 Course Dinner

  • Full English Breakfast

  • Use of leisure facilities including gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

  • Car parking and free Wifi

  • Milton Hill House is surrounded by 22 acres of parkland which is available for guests to explore

We have seen God work powerfully in the past at our retreat and we are so expectant of what he will do in 2025.

We would love for you to join us,

Amy and Rachel

RACHEL HUGHES

Rachel is married to Tim and together they have 5 children. She is the co-lead Pastor of Gas Street in Birmingham; a church they planted in 2015.  Rachel has a background in Television & Media and also served on the staff team at HTB for several years. Two of her passions are seeing young women released into leadership and inspiring families into fostering & adopting.

AMY HUGHES

Amy has been leading Trinity Church Nottingham for the last five years alongside her husband Jonny. This summer she was ordained into the Church of England but spends much of her time being mum to her four young children. She is also known to squeeze in a home DIY project here and there. She enjoys walking the family dog with her husband, but her life passion is leading people into the beautiful presence of Jesus where life is transformed and freedom released.
